First to report in is TEAM GUTTMAN……they defeated TEAM WEISSER, 16-9, to remain undefeated…… RYAN “A-OK-RK” KIRZNER received the game ball as he continued his torrid hitting ways by just missing the cycle (NO HR)…..other hitting stars included “LEAPING” LARRY NEWMAN, BEN “B-ROD” RODRIGUEZ and “FUNKY” FINK FINKELSTEIN, who hit an opposite field shot to the wall breaking open a tight game in the 6th inning as well as making a take it yourself smooth as butter double play at SS…..also kudos go to possibly the early favorite for the 2015 All-Star game top vote getter at catcher, JERRY “JK’S NOT JOKING” KIRZNER, who continued his solid play on defense and hot hitting from the dish…..
In other action, TEAM ROSE remained undefeated with a 17-6 victory over TEAM HIUDT as they continued their hot hitting to produce a third consecutive ten-run rule game…..KEN GROH continued his MVP-like year by stinging the ball and pitching a solid game…..other standouts were GARY ASKIN, who delivered key hits all game, Rookie of the Year candidate RANDY BROYLES, who continued to shine at 3B and hit like there’s no tomorrow and RYAN SILVERMAN, who played a solid LCF…..it also should be noted that ROGER “ROGZILLA” ROSENTHAL poked a double to a “drawn-in” outfield……
