the way for the winners was fellow rookie and son of the captain, EVAN WEISSER, who went 2-4…..

Reports captain TEAM GROH rookie captain KEN GROH…..his team fell behind 3-0 in the top of
the opening frame only to tally five runs after getting six consecutive hits with rookie NOAH
GILBERT capping it off with a inside the park home run to CF……not to be outdone, fellow rookie,
AARON LINN collected his first hit, a lead-off home run to CF……Final stats…..two hits apiece for
GROH….BRAD WAGNER……the brother duo of DAN GILBERT and NOAH………..Also worth not
in….another rookie, SCOTT FRIEND made the defensive play of the game when he tracked down a
deep fly ball off the bat of veteran ANTON LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON……
