All-Stat Game Results

The pre game and game results slated Branden Guttman winning the home run hitting contest and team coached by Grefer ended up with a commanding win after the Ricky L and Eppy team fighting back. I think the final was about 18-12. Schwartz started off and hurled the first 6 innings and was pretty tough over the first 4 until he got touched a bit in his last two innings. The Kaplan came in and had a tough few but held on in the end. The big bas of both teams prevailed with quite a few players three hits or more. I know for sure Rocket Ron Nassif had four and Mike Small had four. Mike was star of the game for the winning team although it was a touch choice. Great defensive play also by many, John Berg, Jeff Finkelstein, and Branden Guttman and Steve McCarthy. Great play by the younger Guttman at the plate on the throw of the yr by Fink from Center field. I can tell all you guys I enjoyed the game as well as everyone else. I give fans of the yr to the John Berg parents.
