A. The pressure changes daily. It’s called weather.
Q. Happy with your team?….if so, why?
A. I’m just happy to get out and play some softball. We are a happy bunch.
Q. Prediction for the season?
A. I predict that we will have a few rainouts, teams will struggle to get guys on Sundays, we will 
have two Family Nights and a tournament at the end of the season.

*TEAM WEISSER defeated TEAM GREFER, 17-16, in what may turn out to be the wildest game of

the year…..

Reports captain MARK WEISSER……the victors scored four in the bottom of the 7th inning to pull

out the victory in spite of a mammoth home run off the bat of rookie HARRY MOISTER……leading

the way for the winners was fellow rookie and son of the captain, EVAN WEISSER, who went 2-4…..

In other action…..

**TEAM GROH knocked off TEAM LEADER, 13-3, in a ten-run rule……

Reports captain TEAM GROH rookie captain KEN GROH…..his team fell behind 3-0 in the top of

the opening frame only to tally five runs after getting six consecutive hits with rookie NOAH

GILBERT capping it off with a inside the park home run to CF……not to be outdone, fellow rookie,

AARON LINN collected his first hit, a lead-off home run to CF……Final stats…..two hits apiece for

GROH….BRAD WAGNER……the brother duo of DAN GILBERT and NOAH………..Also worth not

in….another rookie, SCOTT FRIEND made the defensive play of the game when he tracked down a

deep fly ball off the bat of veteran ANTON LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON……

****TID BITS…….IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THIS YEAR’S SHIRTS NOT ONLY HAVE

THE LEAGUE SPONSORS, BUT ALSO THE INITIALS “SH” FOR SAM HELDMAN, WHO

PASSED AWAY DURING THE OFF-SEASON…….
