Commissioner GREG FRANKLIN who is recovering from surgery and will be out indefinitely………hurry back!!!!!!……..a special Wise Temple thank you goes out to softballer/doctor BOB PELBERG for speaking at the Brotherhood Health Forum Thursday night……..finally, AARON FRITZHAND must know the right people as he and his wife socialized with Bengals John Thornton and Carson Palmer at a recent party……..oh by the way Chuck Weber, coach of the champion Cincinnati Cyclones was there too……… r.rosenthal@fuse.net ………….

Friday June 13………..11:17 a.m……….. another update from Wednesday’s action comes in from Team Eppstein’s victory over the still winless and leading contender for the infamous pink shirt Team Harris, 19-16…….captain STEVE EPPSTEIN was quoted after the game saying, “the game was so ugly nobody deserved to win”……my suggestion is to give both teams a loss, eh?…..trailing 12-1 after three innings, Team Harris, captained by JOEL “SPARKY” FOGEL in DEE HARRIS’ absence (maybe a shake-up is in order) roared back to take a 16-12 lead heading into the 7th inning only to have Team Eppstein score seven runs and win 19-16……..BEN HELDMAN, in his debut, after finishing up his tennis season at Walnut Hills, had three hits and was awarded the game ball….ATTENTION…………father ANDY HELDMAN……..you can take some hitting tips from him……… and DAVID WERNICK played some solid defense…….rumor has it that Las Vegas has set odds on if and when Team Harris will win a game…….for the latest odds…….call 1-800-123-4567………. r.rosenthal@fuse.net ……………..

Thursday June 12………..1:44 p.m……….update on Team Weisser vs. Team Gordon………Team Gordon, behind the pitching of JOEL TSEVAT and WILLIE WAXLER defeated Team Weisser, 15-5…..timely team hitting and defensive plays by MICHAEL KADETZ AND STEVE OSTROW (it’s about time!!!!!!!!!!) provided the highlights……. r.rosenthal@fuse.net ……….

Thursday June 5……….2:49 p.m…………REDS AT PHILLIES UPDATE……… Phillies 4 Reds 0 in the bottom of the 7th………Bailey……..1 earned run in 6.1 innings………our power was out last night so it was a good thing I went to a friend’s house to watch Detroit win the Stanley Cup……tonight the Clones will try to win the Kelly Cup at home……..gametime is 7:30 p.m………I’ll be there with AARON FRITZHAND and his sons and DAN CRONSTEIN…….just look for someone in a walking boot…….Boston and L.A. start their series this evening in Beantown………L.A. in seven games…….wanna bet MIKE ROTHSTEIN?…….you would have won the last bet!………final note……hope everyone had a good time at the Adams Golf outing today……… r.rosenthal@fuse.net…………….
