TEAM WEISSER won their third straight thriller by defeating TEAM CRONSTEIN, 5-4,…..they had to withstand a two on and no outs in the top of the 7th inning to preserve the win…..captain MARK WEISSER pitched a masterful game and SAM HELDMAN filled in in LF and was solid…..SCOTT WOLF and son, FREDDIE WOLF, patrolled the middle of the outfield and did an excellent job…..daring base running from WES WOLF and FREDDIE WOLF proved to be the difference as WES tagged up and scored on a BRAD WAGNER routine pop-up to 2B…….

HOW ABOUT THIS FACT…..It should be noted that after a rugged first season as captain, ZAC HIUDT has already won as many games this year as all of last year…….HOW ABOUT THAT??????

Brother-in-law ANTON LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON and rookie PHIL GANSON hit home runs and first year pitcher RANDY BROYLES, known for his great hitting, pitched another gem of a game in which according to LEADER, only two balls were hit into the outfield……

TEAM GREFER got back on the winning track with a convincing 10-1 victory over winless TEAM FOGEL…….Great pitching from veteran JAMIE KURTZER along with timely hitting and a near flawless defense were the keys in the win….
ZACH MAYER and DAVID WERTHEIM each had a few great defensive plays at SS and 2B, while offensively, captain KYLE GREFER went 4 for 4 and sub BRENT LANSBURG hit a home run that two hopped the fence……
